Chris is a Partner with PeopleSource Solutions, Inc. specializing in our Supply Chain Practice.

As a former third-party industry executive and a graduate of one of leading Logistics programs in the nation (University of Tennessee), Chris offers a unique perspective when recruiting supply chain industry talent for his clients.  His breadth of knowledge about the industry and understanding of qualities that make candidates successful in this field gives him a decided advantage over the "generalist" recruiters in today's market.

Since 1999, Chris has focused his recruiting practice on operational, strategic, and sales oriented searches within the supply chain industry.  His areas of expertise include distribution operations, transportation sales & operations, third-party logistics, temperature controlled distribution / cold chain, supply chain systems implementation (WMS, TMS, etc.), logistics engineering / network modeling, distribution / facilities engineering, and general supply chain consulting.

Prior to joining PeopleSource, Chris held General Manager and Key Account Management roles within the Cold Storage industry with Pillsbury, Americold Logistics and Millard Refrigerated Services.  Prior to his temperature-controlled experience, Chris managed operations for Procter & Gamble and JI Case accounts at GATX Logistics (now APL Logistics).  Chris graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1991 where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Logistics & Transportation.

Chris is an active member of the supply chain and logistics management communities and plays a prominent role in The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (formerly CLM) and the Warehouse Education Research Council.  He was Treasurer of the Atlanta CLM Chapter from 2001 - 2003.
