Richard is a Partner with PeopleSource Solutions, Inc., a National Search Firm that has 18 years of experience.  For the last 10 years Richard has focused on the Heating & Air Conditioning, Contracting & Manufacturing sectors and Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical contracting industries.  After graduating from college, Richard served proudly as a commissioned line officer in the U.S. Navy on-board sea-duty combatant ships in the eastern & western hemispheres.

After his military service, Richard launched his business career and spent the next 20 years in Sales, Marketing, Operations & General management with two Fortune 500 companies and an international marketing firm.  Richard, then, founded an HVAC contracting company in metro Atlanta and served as its President and COO for 14 years. The company grew to be a major company in its market space. After selling his company, Richard joined the staff of PeopleSource Solutions, Inc.

Richard has been an active member of various metro Atlanta and Georgia HVAC contracting trade organizations such as the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and ASHRAE.  Richard’s reputation & success has set him apart in the search industry and makes him a valuable asset to his customers.
